She will be responsible to guide 61 Exciting Windows! business owners to increased success based on their goals. Day, a resident of Springfield, Illinois, is a leading Exciting Windows! Member who has established a model business following the Exciting Windows! System. She completed a record month in July with $62,000 in residential, non-commercial sales, a rare achievement for a home-based business.

Susan has corporate design experience with Armstrong World Industries where she used her Industrial Design degree in their Contract Ceilings Systems division. This experience helped her understand the importance of brand recognition as she provided superior products and services to customers, just as she currently utilizes the ExcitingWindows! model of business success. Her residential window treatment designs have won multiple international design awards. Susan’s ownership of an ExciteVan! provides added visibility and awareness in her target neighborhood area where she serves community leaders and upscale customers.

Susan is married to Dr. Scott Day, an Associate Professor and Educational Leadership Chair at University of Illinois at Springfield, and they have two children, Maggie Day Pinke and Spencer. Susan Day is building her staff to include an office assistant and an experienced decorator who will help manage the retail business as she continues to build Exciting Windows! Member success.
