Blinds by Design offers the design and installation of all types of soft and hard window treatments for the residential and commercial markets and FREE In-Home Service. Our products include Blinds, Shades, and Shutters; Custom Draperies; Awnings and Upholstery Awnings; Canopies; and Reupholstery of Furniture from the top-of-the-line manufacturers, such as Hunter Douglas, Comfortex, B&W, World Wide Window Fashions, and Graber.  Owners Sandy and Phillip McKinnis have over 40 years of combined experience selling, fabricating, and installing all types of soft and hard window treatments.  They started their company in 1995 fabricating all types of window shades and drapes for the residential and commercial markets, including many blue chip clients, such as Coca cola, Shell Oil, Goldman Sach’s, and Wembly Stadium.
