When shopping for bamboo blinds please be aware that bamboo is a natural product and that colors and hues can vary from one dye lot to another. The same pattern of bamboo can vary from a green tint to a brown tint. This is not considered a defect, and if it’s a custom bamboo blind it cannot be returned or exchanged as this is considered to be the nature of the product. If you are purchasing bamboo blinds for more than one window make sure you purchase all the shades at the same time to avoid the shades being a different dye lot.
