This client was looking to create a more formal look to their dining room while coordinating the red from their entry and gold tones from the living room. Since the space was small we decided on cornices closer to the wall so the entire space would remain usable. There are actually five windows in the pentagon space, three large and the two small you can see in the photo. If my photo was better quality you would see all the colors and how the pattern worked nicely with the style throughout the main living area of their home.

All of a sudden I’m feeling the freshness of fall in the air. Although I’m personally not quite ready for fall, I am very intrigued by the amazing colors associated with this time of year. Deep oranges are some of the fall colors that pop into my head when I think of the season, and there are so many great decor choices this hue offers to help bring the great crisp feeling into your home. What are your thoughts on orange?

Cornice boards are a classic top treatment. They can be padded and upholstered in almost any type of fabric. Trim can be added to embellish the cornice and add interest. Trim may be added to the bottom and or top of the cornice, or a braided trim could be swaged on the front of the cornice for a creative look. For an innovative top treatment add a swag in a complimentary fabric to the cornice board. If a contemporary feel is what you are after then choose a modern design for the cornice and upholster in several different coordinating fabrics and welt cords.
Please enjoy this beautiful design that can adapt to many different looks from contemporary to abstract personalities. I have such beautiful fabric collections to achieve a spectacular custom look just for you!

These clients were looking for privacy with the beautiful Silhouette Window Shadings that could also be enhanced with Drapery Side Panels to add elegance and and warmth to their dining room. They already had a lot of color within the space so we decided on a simple, rich deep brown fabric with a simple pattern and shimmer that is enhanced by the light of the chandelier. The result added softness to the hard lines of the room, while coordinating with the rest of their interior space and was absolutely beautiful!
