The homeowners wanted a window treatment that would give them privacy from the noisy neighbors, while still letting the light in, and bring more character into their dining area. To accomplish this, I designed custom drapes with matching valances for style, vertical blinds for light control, and horizontal window blinds for ideal privacy control.

One of the most challenging, but most fun window treatments I’ve done in recent years. The family wanted accessibility through their sliding glass door, but also ability to control the amount of light let in. On top of that, they wanted a warm, welcoming style of curtains. I knew I was going to select vertical blinds for accessibility and horizontal blinds for light control, but I worked with the family to select the fabric for their custom drapes and valance. The final product came out great and I couldn’t be happier.
