• PWCS/Management classes: We recommend that all attendees should arrive late in the day Thursday, March 22 as the Management class begins on Friday at 8am and the PWCS class begins Friday at 1PM. PWCS class attendees should have lunch prior the class – This session begins promptly at1PM.
• All Pre-Conference and Conference events: We recommend that all Members arrive either Friday, March 23 or early Saturday, March 24 in time to attend the pre-conference classes and NAC meetings in the early afternoon and the Vendor event that begins later in the afternoon.
• Last day of the Conference – March 26: If Members are not planning to attend the IWCE event they should plan their departures after 5:30PM.
• IWCE Expo: Members planning to attend the IWCE event (Tuesday and Wednesday, March 27 and 28) should plan their hotel reservations accordingly.
